The Otay Water District is deferring billing and collecting the previously approved January 1, 2025 rate increase to bills issued on and after March 1, 2025. Depending on your billing cycle, the new rates and charges will apply to water used and/or sewer service as early as February 1, 2025. If you received a bill for Otay Water District water or sewer services dated between January 1 and January 21, 2025, you may be entitled to a credit. If this occurred, a credit has been applied to your February bill.
